Return and Refund Policies

Return & Refund Procedure: 

For refund or return, please notify us by email at returns@pvccurtiandirect.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. You can give us a call at 02070979337. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, kindly provide us with a screenshot of that damaged or wrong item. We’ll immediately dispatch a courier to pick up that product from you. In this case, we are responsible for covering all shipping costs. We will offer you a replacement product at no extra cost, and if you no longer use the item, we are responsible to refund the entire order price to the customer’s account.

Circumstances for Returns and Refunds:

 Exchanges:

If you mistakenly bought the wrong product and would like to exchange it for another on our website, please contact us by email at returns@pvccurtiandirect.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Give us a call at 02070979337. You have to return the item to us at the address mention below.

The item must be new and unopened. Then we will ask you about the new product you want in place of the one you ordered once we receive the product. If the price of the selected item is greater than the returned product’s price, we will request additional payment; if the price is lower, we will refund the difference of prices. Please keep in mind that you will have to pay the delivery charges of 7.99 £ once more.

Change of mind:

If you change your mind and no longer need the product, please notify us by email at returns@pvccurtiandirect.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. You have to return the product to us at the address below.

The item must be new and unopened. Once we receive the item, we will refund the order charges minus shipping charges (7.99 £) to the card you used to make the payment.

Received a damaged or incorrect product:

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please send us a screenshot of the defective or incorrect item. We are responsible for dispatching a courier to pick up the item from you. In this situation, we will cover all shipping charges. We will provide you with a replacement product at no additional cost, and if you no longer use the item, we will refund the entire order price, including delivery charges.

Product never delivered:

If the time period of delivery (3-5 working days) has passed and still you have not received your order, please contact us by email at sales@pvccurtiandirect.co.uk. Alternatively, call 02070979337. There may be many possibilities for this (for example, the package was lost by the courier). We will refund your order’s full payment, including shipping charges, to the customer’s card.

Cancellation after placing the order:

If you put an order on our website by mistake and would like to cancel it, please contact us at 02070979337. It’s easy for us to carry on the process as soon as you call us. If the order is not dispatched from the warehouse, we will refund your whole order amount and the delivery charges deducted at the time of payment.

If the order has already been dispatched, we will refund the order payment to your card, minus the 7.99 £ delivery fee deducted at the time of payment.

Returns’ Time Period: 

After receiving the order, the consumer has 14 days to notify us for return by email at returns@pvccurtiandirect.co.uk. Alternatively, they should call 02070979337 to request a return or cancellation of their order.

Refund Time period: 

Customers will surely collect their refund in 5-7 business days. After receiving the product back, we will refund all payment to the customer’s credit card.

Please note that we will refund the payment to the customer’s card as soon as we have that product back, but the bank usually takes 5 -7 working days to process the refund and credit it to the card.
